Make Your First Payment
For 8-, 10- and 12-wide buildings, no deposit is currently required. The first month’s rent gets your building delivered.

If you are still making rent-to-own payments, contact us before moving the building so the relocation can be handled according to your rent-to-own agreement. We can also help arrange professional transport. Moving charges are separate and depend on the building size, pickup address, delivery address, access and site conditions.
Can I pay my building off early?
Yes. You can purchase and pay off your building before the end of the selected rent-to-own term.
Can I return the building?
Yes. The building may be returned without a penalty under the terms of the rent-to-own agreement.
